Zero.Zero sells functional beverages and related products online and through selected business partners.

These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, merchants and content contributors.

2. Products

We sell Sparkling Protein Water and related products.

Product information, ingredients, allergens, nutritional values, packaging information and prices are displayed on the product page and/or product packaging.

We aim to display product information accurately, but packaging and product details may occasionally change.

Customers should always check the product label before consumption.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

obvious pricing errors
stock unavailability
incorrect customer information
suspected fraud or misuse
technical errors

If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the paid amount.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

The order is processed after successful payment confirmation, unless another payment method is agreed.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

We currently use delivery partners including GLS, DSV, Gold Express and DPD.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, order volume or force majeure events.

7. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Because our products are food and beverage items, returned products must be unopened, unused, undamaged and suitable for resale.

Opened products or products that cannot be returned for hygiene or food safety reasons are not eligible for return.

Zero.Zero products are food and beverage products.
