Shipping policy

We ship Zero.Zero products to selected countries shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Delivery times depend on the destination, courier service and order volume.

For Slovenia, estimated delivery is usually 1–3 working days after order processing.

We currently deliver using:

DSV
Gold Express
DPD

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and product.
