Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Zero.Zero order.

This Refund and Return Policy explains how returns, refunds and complaints are handled.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules.

2. Food and Beverage Products

Because Zero.Zero products are food and beverage items, returns are accepted only if the products are:

unopened
unused
undamaged
in original packaging
suitable for resale

Products that have been opened, consumed, damaged or cannot be returned for hygiene or food safety reasons are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

order number
reason for return
photos if the product is damaged or incorrect

5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
